To unwind and relax

Of the real world

And that’s Repetition

Your entire being

Who you are as a person

Revolves around repetition

To become good at something requires practice

Practice is a form of repetition

For something to become easy requires habits

Habits are formed through repetition

It is said success is habit

Success is achieved by repeatedly doing something over and over

Even your beliefs are formed through the repetitive messages you received since childhood

Your ability to read, write, speak, learn, dance, swing, throw, exercise, make money, or change beliefs

Are all rooted in repetition

It’s NOT about:

- How smart, talented, gifted, special, or popular you are

- Your height, weight, age, sex, or color

- Where you were born, who your mom and dad are, your accent

or ANY of that

It literally comes down to repetition

That's it

The more you repeat a skill, habit, or behavior

The better you get at it

And the more success you attract

That's all

In fact...

Where you are in life is a result of repetition

The repetitive things

You’re doing over and over

Like:

- Scrolling through social media

- Flipping through Netflix

- Going to the job you don’t like

- Putting up with the person you hate

- And more

What’s sad is...

You hammer the nail

To your own coffin

Everyday you continue

These things

Now...

When people think of repetition

They think of the physical variety

Physically doing something over and over

Although that’s one form of repetition

There are two others, including:

1. Verbal Repetition

And

2. Visual Repetition

Verbal repetition is...

Describing an outcome you want

And verbally saying it over and over

For example...

If you want to improve your memory

You’d repeat statements like:

- I have an excellent memory

- I easily remember names, dates, facts, presentations, and more

You might not think

Repeating such statements

Could do all that much

But it can!

People in the world

Credit verbal repetition

To their success

Including:

- Serena Williams

- Oprah Winfrey

Visual repetition is... 

Visually seeing yourself

Doing a task or behavior

This is where

You close your eyes

And picture yourself performing the activity
